What we offer
Therapy designed around you
Everyone communicates differently. Our sessions are tailored, evidence-based, and built around what makes you or your child feel safe, engaged, and ready to grow.
Articulation & Speech Sounds
Ages 4–18Does your child substitute, omit, or distort certain sounds? Articulation therapy helps children learn to produce sounds correctly and clearly, so they can be understood by the people who matter most to them.
- Targeted sound production practice
- Age-appropriate milestones and benchmarks
- Fun, play-based activities to build confidence
- Home practice strategies for families
Language Development
Ages 4–18Language is the foundation of learning, connection, and self-expression. We support children who are late talkers, have difficulty following directions, or struggle to form sentences and express their thoughts.
- Expressive and receptive language support
- Vocabulary building and sentence structure
- Listening comprehension strategies
- Pre-literacy and school-readiness skills
Fluency & Confidence
Ages 4–18Stuttering and fluency challenges can affect a child's willingness to speak up. We work with children to improve fluency while building the confidence and resilience to communicate freely.
- Stuttering modification techniques
- Fluency shaping strategies
- Emotional support and self-advocacy skills
- Parent coaching and guidance
Social Communication
Ages 4–18Some children understand language but find it hard to use it in social situations — taking turns in conversation, understanding non-literal language, or reading social cues. We help children navigate the social world with greater ease.
- Pragmatic language skills
- Turn-taking and conversational rules
- Understanding figurative language
- Peer interaction strategies

Available from age 4 through adulthood, OMT helps correct tongue posture, mouth breathing, and related patterns that can impact development and overall oral health.
